Resulta que este infeliz mató de un machetazo en el cuello a un pequeño cachorro ,viendose agonizando en el video el pequeño can lo fue a votar a un sitio que en parte no se vió ,las leyes están pero no se cumplen ,pero demos la iniciativa desde este hecho.
