The ppa has, in recent years implanted itself in our middle class neighborhood under the guise of helping relieve parking issues all the while wreaking havoc via extortion and racketeering while violating our liberties, causing serious anxiety and financial distress on the home owners and members of our fishtown community and the surrounding neighbors. The ppa flat out lied when they initially said they would or could relieve parking woes in our neighborhood once implimented. The ppa's main goal is to "generate revenue" and not to ease parking issues. The ppa cannot physically add more parking to our community thus their true reason for implementing their restrictions in fishtown is non other than to force our tax paying citizens along with small business owners patrons to pay a fee to park. In the recent years since the ppa's initial invasion of our neighborhood. Not only has the ppa made parking worse and more stressful but it has also caused many homeowners financial hardship, emotional stress as well as anxiety issues. It is time to remove the ppa from fishtown.
