Petition to remove new On-Site contact MyChelle Thomas

We, The residents of 2732 Rio Linda Blvd petition to have Michelle Thomas removed as the On-Site Contact. We all agree that she is not fit for the job. She has had many incidents with other tenants that ended with police coming out to the property. Altercations, vehicle damage to another tenants vehicle, etc. We request Moises Martinez, (our previous On-Site Contact) to take over. He kept the property looking good with landscaping, repaired what he could upon tenants request even though he was not receiving any payment. Kept parking lot clean and fire line clear. He is family oriented and works well with others, very helpful and respectful. Without him as our On-Site contact we feel the property will go down hill and all we want is a safe and clean living environment. Thank you!
