There have been many irregularities concerning a conflict of interest with Margaret T. and Dave Z. including but not limited to: payment for services while playing golf, payment for construction services. Additionally there is $12,000 month subsidy for our restaurant which still loses money most months without paying rent or other normal restaurant costs.

It's time to have an independent look at the books which is the right of every homeowner. Pat C. has been the treasurer for quite awhile and it's time to check up on the books.
