Make iteasy for people to access help with addiction to opioids

    People who were previously operated on for a broken bone etc were prescribed opioids for their pain then suddenly they were stopped being able to get prescriptions and left with the pain and no solution. There needs to be a way for these people to get relief from their pain and also relief from their addiction without suffering.
