Petiion for the Recall of the Mayor of the Village of Eden

Due to the unprofessional and inappropriate actions and behavior of the Mayor of the Village of Eden, Mississippi (hereafter referred to as "the Village") on July 22, 2017, the undersigned legal voters of the Village demand a full and complete recall of and likewise issue a vote of no confidence in Mayor Lakiesha Hogan. This petition further demands immediate removal of Mayor Hogan from office as well as immediate surrender of all keys, records, documents and any and all other real property of the Village . This petition further demands that the City Clerk of the Village verify ,along with the current Board of Election Commissioners as witnesses, within 5 days that the undersigned petitioners are legal residents of the Village of Eden and present their findings in an officially called open and recorded meeting of the citizens of the .Village of Eden.
