Demand Hiring a Third Float Coordinator Now

Our department needs a third float coordinator. Between having PTO, sick days, 17 coordinators, 4 sites, 4 FT liaisons, and Mon/Tues comp days for working weekends, only 2 float coordinators is absolutely too few. If we all accrue PTO at a rate of 7.5 hours every 2 weeks (many of us accrue it much faster), over the course of a year (if everyone takes all of their days off), the floats will be themselves at their home site for approximately 2 days apiece. We are too big and stretched far too thin as it is. It's unfair to everyone.
