To open up the resivuar for fishing agian.

My dad tells me storys abot when he was a kid and how his dad would take him fishing a the resivuar, and how there use to be arches that you can fish off of and jump in to the water off of, and how much fun it was. I want to experience the same fun and enjoyment of fishing at the resivuar.
