Speak for this dolphin that died

This dolphin died of a collapsed lung. It was lifted out of the water by these callous people and subsequently died. The people that were attempting to assist the dolphin were hindered by these people that posed with the suffering dolphin. 
We ask that the Chinese environment prosecutes these people to the full extent of the law.
