Stop the renewal of permit for billboard at West 5th street..Restore a piece of the past.

We purchased a 100+ year old building. Informed by attorney the billlboard on side of building would be voided and removed. Purchased to restore the building . Billboard was Not removed because we were told a (non-truth) about the voiding of the billboard lease. We love the building and are trying to make our neighborhood a nicer looking area. And restore a piece of history..( the building). Would like the yearly lease for the spot of billboard not renewed so we can finish building to its luster.
