Petition to revoke Executrix appointment due to abuse of powers

The Executrix of Mae Forte's Estate has abused the powers of the appointment and has failed to execute the fiduciary responsibilities as held by the Executrix. By using the appointment to unlawfully and undue influence, intimidate and disenfranchise members of the decedent   immediate family.
