Stop giving pedophiles a home in our neighborhoods

It’s become like a pedophile dumping grounds here in Yonkers. There’s a total of 123 to date some of whom live right near a school and some of whom only seem to show up in sex offender apps. Yonkers is the biggest and the poorest city in Westchester which seems to make us a target for this. NO SEX OFFENDER SHOULD BE ANYWHERE NEAR PLAYGROUNDS OR SCHOOLS. We as parents and residents in this community have a right to know when a sex offerer has moved in or is planning to move into our neighborhood. Many of these offerends are level 2 & 3 making them high risks. We need to let our voices be heard and let it be known we will not allow our children to be at risk. Let make a difference and let city hall know we demand tougher processes and more ADVANCE notification including the nature of their charges and when these predictors are even being considered to come into our neighborhoods. #KeepOurKidsSafe
