Demand Your Right To Smoke Flavored Tobacco Products

The City of Oroville Planning Commission is trying to restrict the sale of all flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes . Which will also include e juice , blunt wraps ,chewing tobacco, cigarillos. They feel tobacco companies are targeting the youth. The new smoking age of 21 years in California has been very effective . If the FDA has approved the sale and use of flavored tobacco products then the City should not have a right to control adult decisions in their choice of tobacco or methods they choose to smoke.
