Help my dog!!!

Starting from November this year in Harbin,China there is a injunction of large dogs and the fierce dogs. At present there are some people killing pet dogs in the street, many lovely dogs have been killed maliciously by those people. Arbitrary arrest put an end to indiscriminate killing. We must protect our dog. To kill my dog, kill me first!!!
