To remove emissions testing for non commercial vehicles of texas

Emissions testing for non commercial vehicles should be removed. if we're supposably burning cleaner burning fuel for cars. Newer Cars already come with emissions controls in them so why are we still being as to pay for emission testing. The government shouldn't make money off of something that's already regulated no more and that's why I'm starting this petition
