Stop the Shutdown of 2nd Chance Dog Rescue

2nd Chance Dog Rescue is a dog rescue located in Waterloo, New York. Tifini Mills and Jamie Hughes opened the rescue in January of 2011 and since that time have found safe and loving homes for nearly 800 dogs. Due to legalities, they could be forced to close the doors of the rescue, not only leaving the current rescue dogs in jeopardy but leave this area without this much needed service. 

The impact Tifni and Jamie have had on this community is immeasurable. They've given so much and now it's our turn to show our support for them.
