Stop Russian goverment sanction to kill Baikal seal !!!!

Massacre in Baikal is continued every year!!! Russian ministry of agriculture gives the order every year, in 2014, 2500 Baikal seals should be killed: 100 of it for "science" and the rest for the needs of indigenous people. The foresters of Baikal turned to the president and asked to stop it, but the president didn't give any response. Please, help !!!!!!!
