Free Brian Simmons

Brian Wayne Simmons is facing 15 years federal prison time for growing marijuana in southern Oregon. He was fully carded under the Oregon Medical Marijuana laws and was growing for patients in need. Brian had no previous convictions and is regarded by all that know him as a loving friend. Considering people barely get any jail time for most violent crimes we are pushing for freedom or at the least a reduced sentence.
