Retain BJ Flor as the Sweetwater/Dagget County Fair Swine Superintendent

* We need knowledge, experience, genuine care and concern for the 4H swine members from someone who has been authorized to be a 4H volunteer.
* BJ Flor has more than 15 years experience in organizing the 4H swine barn, weigh-ins, shows, and auction that we cannot afford to loose as it can misrepresent 4H negatively.
* There is no one more caring to all members, non-biased, knowledgeable about swine, who puts an immense amount of time into our future generations success. As a community this can be a huge irreplaceable loss.
* As 4H Swine members, parents, and community members we petition to keep BJ Flor as our Swine Superintendent who is only responsible for the swine and no other livestock.
