Remove Mike D'Antoni as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Having Mike D'Antoni as a head coach for the Lakers is a disservice to the countless people that comprise the fandom of this team across the world. The players are not managed properly as they could be defensively & offensively. The team and the fans in this league deserve a better head-coach.

The management should consider changing its outlook on coach-prospects as they passed up on many other coaches that would've been better-suited for the Lakers.
