Save Bently from being put down uthinized

I'm running out of time and appeals. Bently my 3 and a half year old pit mix is being deamed as a dangerouse dog. For being on private property and some kids tresspast to play in the creek bently went running towards them to greet them when they seen him coming towards them they all started to scream which put him into pertective mode he bit the 11 year old girl and instantly let go knowing he did somthing bad. Bently is my emotional support dog ive had him sence he was a puppy nursed him through parvo and inexchange he has saved my life sevral times. Marion county Dog control took my dog and has had him almost 60 days im not able to go in and see him they orderd me to terminate my rights to him and they want to put him down. I understand the bite was devastating to the girl. But shouldnt the parents be part of the blame ware were they to tell them to stay off other peoples property! The parents were no ware around.
