Changing the Bayview Hills parking policies

The policy regarding parking (Article IV, No.14 Vehicles) should be changed for those who drive vehicles with logos. These vehicles are used for personal transportation and work. Being unable to park where you live prevents people from getting to work and being able to use their vehicles for personal transportation. The current policy states you cannon have a vehicle with commercial lettering or signage anywhere on the truck or commercial license plates. The policy should be removed from the declarations so that residents are able to park their vehicles in their assigned parking spots.
