Make it LEGAL to collect rain water on your property!

Right now it is illegal to catch rain water for your personal use on your own property in most of the United States.

That is illogical. The water that falls on your personal property is considered to belong to someone else. You should have the right to the water that falls onto your property.

This water is can be collected and stored. It can be filtered while being collected. It can be protected from getting mosquito larvae in it.

Rain water can be stored and used for so many things. Constant supply for washing cars, watering your garden, mop your floors, watering your lawn, even to fill your toilet tanks...

This is just big government taking more of our rights away.
