Make Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) the King of England

Rowan Atkinson is related to the royal blood line of England. I think that Queen Elizabeth II has done an excellent job but that Rowan Atkinson should be next in line for the throne. With Mr. Bean in charge, no one would dare question the authority of England and they could once again rule the entire world bringing peace to Earth.
