Congress Should End Government Shut-down - Solve Border Issues Separately

Portions of the US Government have now been shut down since December 22, 2018 creating hardships for US citizens (including federal workers). This is a waste of US taxpayer dollars. The issues surrounding illegal border crossing should be resolved with the most cost-effective set of solutions. The Trump Administration rigid policy position of requiring funding for building a border wall before opening the government could cause another waste of US taxpayer dollars. Urge your representatives and Senators to vote to reopen the government and then deal with how to best improve border issues. This is partisan grandstanding and hurts everyone.
