Shawn clutch needs to resign from his position of the private investigator of butler county. .we the people of butler county have not had our rights since he has been in office he has torn up bondssigned by the judge .he has signed warrants that he shouldn't ha e been authorized to sign when the supposed complainants did not won't to sign .we the people feel he should be removed .
