Demand an end to recording heinous crimes and not contacting local authorities.

A 15-year-old boy, Lesandro Guzman-Feliz was dragged by the hood of his shirt by a group of men out of a Bronx bodega and stabbed multiple times including the neck last week — and he was able to run 2 blocks to the hospital before dying from his injuries.

What I want to happen now is for those who decide to video/photo record a crime in progress especially a murder/attempted murder be held accountable for not reaching out to the proper authorities.

Precious time is wasted on recording instead of that time being used to call the police and or medical personnel for assistance.

Lives can be saved.
