Animal abuse in Cartagena

A few days ago I travel to Cartagena, a tourism destiny located in the cost of Colombia to take some vacations. This city is promoted as an international tourism destiny; wish is very nice because Cartagena has a lot to offer to that kind of market. However the situation of the carriage%uFFFDs horses that transport tourist along the city is regrettable because they are very skinny, in most of the cases you can see the ribs of that animals.
We need to get the attention of the Cartagena%uFFFDs authorities to watch for the well being of these animals, and regulate the use that people dose over these poor animals
We the undersigned, Believe that the animals must be treated with respect and compassion. The situation of the carriage%uFFFDs horses along Cartagena city is regrettable. They are skinny; in most of the cases you can see the ribs of those animals. That is not a good image for a city promoted as an international tourism destiny.
Please do something to regulate the use that people dose over these poor animals, in these moment any Cartagena%uFFFDs authority has the responsibility to apply the Colombian law 84 of 1989 that adopt the national protection of animals.
