To allow ATVs UTV's dirt bikes and snowmobiles to use Borough roads

Trying to get the Borough to mark all roads within the borough as there is a difference in opinion between the Borough Police and the state police. The borough police are okay with the using of the roads if you are obeying traffic laws and being respectful but the state police being that there is no ordinance yet are against it.
