#1 Originally the star had only the name Rochester which misrepresented the magnitude and contributions Eddie Rochester Anderson gave to the world. The son Eddie Jr launched a campaign for the star to be changed and was faced with resistance to a minimum success. The star was met with opposition when agreed to be changed. I was given the refusal of inserting his full accredited name and a list of several non-publicity media attention to this campaign. The star currently reads only Eddie ? Anderson and it should be presented as Eddie Rochester Anderson
