Miami Dade county Florida Judge Scott M Bernstein has ordered a teenage boy to move to Miami, FL which is currently the epicenter of The Covid 19 pandemic stating it's in his "Best Interest". This judge has bullied the teenage child's mother after a relocation case and has made her choose between relocating her entire family which includes a 6 and 10 year old from her current relationship to the epicenter of this pandemic or force her to let go of her teenage son. Thus separating siblings and a family. This judge operates from his ego and enjoys using the bench to abuse his power to belittle, shame, bully and destroy families by using their children. He has shamed the teens mother by attacking how she sat quietly trough trial and even called her an "outright homophobic". He doesn't work alone the GAL assigned to the case Rebecca Amster Cantor lied under oath, omitted information and claimed all of the mothers concerns were baseless. The court asked her to look for alienation and those were her marching orders to make them up. PLEASE HELP STOP CHILDREN ABUSE IN THE FLORIDA DADE COUNTY FAMILY COURT. UPDATE: Today August 18th the teens mother had a hearing on an emergency motion filed by her attorney after the teen boy refused to leave his home to reside with his father. While the teens mother pleaded the court to help her find a solution, the only solution offered by the Judge was an order to the mother and I quote "I order you to stop feeding him and he will get hungry enough To walk out on his own". The court didnt offer any other solution but to starve her kid or place her in Jail for contempt. Who would possibly think that Withholding food is by any circumstance humane. Would your employer deny you lunch time for missing a day of work? The answer is no. this judge has pushed his limits and is completely out of control. Family court is suggesting the teens mom commit child abuse by starving the child, the same court who is supposed to defend and protect our children.
