Currently inmates are being incarcerated for long periods of time and its not for rehabilitation,but for the profit of free labor. Brandon Jenkins #252427 is one of those people. He received 22yrs on his first offense and has served over 13yrs on a mandatory 15yr set up before he's eligible for parole. He has used this time to educate himself and has earned multiple certificates by completing SAP,Anger Management,Relapse Therapy,Stress Management and a few more. Mr. Jenkins also has employment waiting upon his release so he can become a positive member of society. He also has plans to start his own youth outreach program,a boxing academy to teach the youth to pick up their hands and put the guns down. We are signing this petition and plan on taking it to the judge and whoever else that we need to in order to try to get Mr. Jenkins a second chance to make life better,not just for himself but for the up and coming youth who are faced with life threatening decisions because he refuses to watch them go down the wrong path as he did.
