Change the location of the proposed homeless shelter at Normandy Place, Grand & McFadden, Santa Ana

Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the proposed homeless shelter were not notified of the project or given a chance to voice their opinion on it. We are concerned for the safety and welfare of the students in the area who will be walking past the shelter daily on their way to and from school. For what the County is going to pay for the shelter, there are other shelters in the area that could be expanded to accomplish the same goal at a much lower cost.
