Rights for Grandparents

Grandparents don't have any rights when the parents are at odds, and the parent removes the child/children from the grandparents care. Grandparents are revoked of visiting rights, grandparents can't provide physical or mental care and love to their grandchild/children, in many cases were the grandparents actually help raise and provide for the grandchild/children before hand.I'm petitioning to have some kind of law put in place that is especially sensitive to this particular concern.
