Force government to make roads safer!!!

We have a issue of unsafe drivers in CO leading to serious injury and death. I plan on making drivers education mandatory, along with drivers test every ten years. This would make drivers more aware of there actions, and the consequences involved. I was a long haul trucker over a period of 3 mos., and have seen first hand the effects of unsafe driving.
