Ban the The Pacer Fitness Test

The pacer is an inhumane fitness test which takes a mental toll on it's takers. The test proves little to none about the student's aerobic abilities, and is too harsh of a test to force upon children. Having been protested around the United States, to the point of being considered child torture, it's time to take action and abolish the pacer test.
