As you all know, 13th avenue in Capitol Hill has seen explosive growth in the recent years.
Each and every business owner on this petition, with the help of their awesome staff, has gone above and beyond to see to our areas' success and continued growth thus far. The changes that have happened are monumental!
In an effort to create stronger local business relationships and drive foot traffic and awareness to our area of town, we have a proposal.
Lets' all combine forces and throw a block party on our street of 13th ave!
