The officer allowed his dog to maul an innocent woman, he had the dog on a very long leash, he improperly announced the dogs presence. he watched as the dog chewed on her arm for over 10 seconds before calling it off. He was only served a one day suspension, less than a month later his K-9 attacked another innocent person. This cop needs to be terminated from the K-9 unit
