Protect rights of legal American citizens from sanctuary cities

By allowing illegal immigrants especially those with criminal records, violent crimes to be allowed to be released from jail back into US instead of back to their own country puts Legal Americans at risk to be a victim of more crimes by them.
My goal is to protect our legal citizens not illegal criminal!!!
