eBays time to act!

My concern is that eBay is becoming more and more risky to sell any of your things on their site.

Bidders are able to not pay for items and get away with it, unpaid item cases do nothing for your cause. It should simply be compulsory that you have a paypal account to bid on an item and if they try to not pay then eBay can force the payment.

It happens the other way around if a seller doesn’t deliver an item, lets try to make it a sote for both buyers and sellers equally.

Im creating this petition to see if there are any other like minded people who are annoyed that eBay still allows non payments. The consequences need to stronger.
