Don't reschedule Trump's NY trial just because the timing annoys him

A New York judge just set March 25, 2024 for the start date for Trump's criminal trial there. And Trump, appearing in court via video, was visibly annoyed, pouting even more than usual.

Trump apparently is irked that it conflicts with part of the 2024 presidential primary season, and wants the judge to reschedule it.

Don't let it happen. This is nothing more than yet another attempt by Trump to delay justice as long as possible. Presidential elections in America are basically endless, and if Trump has to miss a few days, it hardly will make an impact.  Besides, he is on trial for multiple crimes--he doesn't get to pick the most convenient time for his day in court.
