Allow the use of portable basketball hoops by neighborhood children
The HOA has begun sending out letters of violation for portable basketball hoops. Upon denial of request to keep basketball hoop, I was informed that the Community Mgmt recommended the board enforce this rule because it is part of the HOA's CC&R's. There was no other reasoning. The basketball goals in our neighborhood provide entertainment for our children and their parents. There are plenty other issues I wish this HOA would focus on instead of this. Please sign this petition to KEEP all basketball hoops in the area. If they want to send violations for dilapidated equipment, fine. But hoops in good condition should not be forced out of sight.
