Demand Government to Pay for criminals behind bars

Why do we as tax payers whom already shoulder many burdens of society, have to shoulder the expenses of jails and prisons? Why have we never questioned this? We have inmates sitting on DEATH ROW, proven murderers, rapists, pedophiles, etc sitting in jail/prison and We The People pay the price. We haven't committed these crimes, so why do WE pay for them?
Please sign and together, let us tell government that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We should NOT BE PENALIZED right along with these inmates. This is GOVERNMENT responsibility.
