Reinstate Coach O'Brien as track assistant coach

Coach O'Brien is head coach of the Arcadia boys cross country team and has led them success as two-time national champions. He was assistant coach for track, but was fired by the head track coach, Coach Scultz.

O'Brien has formed his own cross country training group, separate from the school and the track team, and many athletes have followed him to remain with his training.

However this has succeeded in not only creating more conflict between the coaches and administration, but the athletes as well. The boys cross country, girls cross country, and track team are divided.

How can we strive to be our best and succeed as a team when the coaches cannot work together and we are forced to choose between them, knowing that either decision will create tension and further disunity?
