City Wastewater Superindendent Contradicts Management

With a down turn in maintenance, the quality and playability of the course is now at a sub municipal public course standard. Repeated efforts to engage local management to address the grounds keeping inadequacies have yielded no affect. There has been a steady decline of the quality of the course over the past two years. Not practicing adequate preventative preparation has resulted in a golf club that is far below what it was during previous management. This is why we want to make corporate aware of our dissatisfaction with the current maintenance practices. I love this place and want it back to its potential, but current local decisions are clearly not working. If this golf course fails it will affect all Prescott Lakes residence's property values. The solution is clear, corporate intervention or a change in management.

The PRESCOTT LAKES COMMUNITY ANNUAL MEETING is Wed. Aug. 29, 2018 with a 5:00 pm, Sign in, and 5:30 pm Meeting start.
The rains have come. The two week mitigation plan has been executed. We've been dismissed and discredited. It's our Club, make your voice heard!

City Contradicts Management.
During periods when demand is greater than supply, we supplement effluent delivery with a groundwater recovery well located at the Airport Water Reclamation Facility, in order to meet our obligation. I am unaware of anyone from the City of Prescott informing the Club that water could not be supplied due to pump repairs. I hope this addresses your concerns, and if not, please feel free to contact me anytime.

I would like to commend your support for Prescott Lakes Golf Course. Efforts are being made to excuse the course conditions due to matters that are out of management's control. I believe the course would have been better served by executing a mitigation plan that addressed the forthcoming dry conditions. If defending the results of errant decisions is a solution, then one can assume that if these circumstances happen again, we can expect the same result.
