A man in Texas allegedly
sexually abused his neighbor's dog. The dog was on the other side of a chain link fence, with the man reaching through to abuse it. Even more shocking, the man was apparently
using his cell phone to record the assault.Luckily, a passerby noticed this cruelty and immediately reported it to the authorities.
But we still don't know if this man had plans to distribute his horrific video, and if he could have been involved in a wider criminal network. When the dog went home after the assault, its owners said they found
"physical evidence" visible on the animal, directly related to the abuse it had endured.
Authorities have since found and arrested the man, and he is facing criminal charges related to this cruelty. But we need to know if anyone else was involved in this disgusting harm towards an animal. What was the man going to do with his video? Where and to whom was he uploading and sending these, if he was doing that at all?
