Demand compass fulfil there obligations to there tenents

Because Compass housing East Maitland is not fulfilling their duty of care or legal obligations to their tenants. Their attitude towards tenants is one of ignorance and arrogance. They have on more than one occasion lied to tenants in order to avoid legal matters (compensation, reimbursement, etc). Clerical errors in accounting has caused tenants mental anguish with threats of eviction, water being disconnected, etc all of which were proved to be a mistake by compass accounting (none of which came with an apology). Many tenants are being charged rent well above normal compass rates, During inspections tenants submit list of repairs and maintenance needed...these repairs require constant complaints by tenants before they are comenced...some of which are of great concern due to the fact that failure to fix immediatley may cause serious or even fatal harm to tenants...documents supporting these claims can be sourced from petitioner
