Let truckers take free showers

My husband is a truck driver, and is gone all the time. At every truck stop he and every truck driver has to be $15 to take a shower. I dont think that is fair at all, its already hard on them to be away from their familes and help support their familes while being away, they should at least be able to take a shower for free.
