Bring Recycling Cans to Kelso Garbage Pickup.

Kelso charges a recycling fee if recyclables are found in your garbage can yet they do not offer recycling. Thus is ridiculous. Longview has recycling pick up and so should Kelso. Please sign this so we can get bring Kelso into the 20th century and get the long overdue recycling pick-up.
