Reducing Recidivism with Visitation Hours

Did you know that 2/3 of prisoners reoffend within a three year timeframe? I am a firm believer that face-to-face visitation hours humanize prisoners and remind them that there is a chance for them to truly change their ways. I have written a letter to an Illinois Representative about the issue and need your help to prove that it is a problem that affects everyone!
